The manager, Kayla Mehall, from the Key Bank Wilton Branch, has been extremely helpful in navigating the process of obtaining business bank and credit card accounts for several of my businesses.It has been pleasure to work with her throughout the entire process.

First work with Key at this location and it was a Rockstar experience. The branch person first name begin with H----y followed up regarding my concern and made it very easy to resolve any concerns I had. Also took the time to educate me about products and provide us closure on a difficult situation involving an account that is very important. I think what was most likeable was she did on a very tight schedule and with ease and further in the style of wilton. I hope she enjoyed the experience and can rest assured that we support key in this area and others. Only downside I can fathom is that maybe their holiday decor can be upped this year as years past I know it was a bit late. Before our time as a loyal customers though. Thanks H and thanks Key.

I was on a Chat line with Key Bank for more than an hour and got nothing accomplished. UGH!Drove to Key Bank in Wilton and Matt fixed all my issues in a matter of a few minutes. Love this Bank

Stay away. They charge you crazy fees! They charged me overdraft fees bc I wasnt enrolled in the overdraft thing to come out of your savings account which I didn't even know you had to sign up. Okay signed up then they charge you to transfer from your savings lol and still the overdraft fee. No winning with this bank. I even filed a complaint with federal reserve, hopefully they shut these people down.

This place ought to just close. Any time I try to reach them during operating hours they are closed or non responsive. I knew key bank had poor service but these people should just quit.

Ever since being forced over to Key Bank, there has been nothing but problems. The ATM took in a cash deposit, printed a receipt saying there was an error with no amount on it, leaving them to tell us there's nothing they can do. The app is slow to update charges and takes almost 5 days to deposit a check (TDBank is usually in by the next morning, GFN is similar). There's also nothing in place in a basic account to make your card decline a charge if you're out of money. This is a DEBIT CARD.

This place is kind of a joke,I got a personal loan in a day paid it off early, credit score 815 had this bank for years.time passes I go for another loan for 8 grand more & now they need 50 things for me to get the Loan. Give me a break I'll take my money out & get a new bank

I am literally sitting at the outside drivein and have been waiting for ten minutes to just deposit a check while I can see inside that my teller is chatting with people in the bank and there are plenty of tellers inside. Meanwhile, my check that I’m trying to deposit was put on a five day hold because my account was overdrafted by $3.50! Unbelievable! Keybank is and I’m taking my money out.

Would give this place no stars if possible. I used to have First Niagara until they were bought out by these guys. Big difference in the customer service! Especially at this place. No respect for the customers and they take an average of an hour when you're using their drive through service. No idea how they stay in business. Save yourself the head ache and try either a different branch or just change banks entirely.
