“Exceptional customer service. In March during a visit to this nice Irish shop, I was looking for a tweed cap. While they had a fine selection my preference for a certain color and pattern was not available in my size. When I asked if one in that particular color and pattern in my size comes in keep me in mind so they took my information. In October they called with good news, a cap in that pattern and my size came in. I've been wearing ever since.”

“David Blackmore is one of the most ethical individuals, let alone jewelers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I've been a customer there for over 15 years! I have bought jewelry at Lily and David as have my family including my daughters' custom wedding band (which other jewelers including the jeweler who they bought the engagement ring from could not provide), and my son, who bought his wife her beautiful engagement ring- the quality of which have all been fabulous. David worked with us on providing affordable options with much patience and kindness. I have sold damaged and unwanted gold pieces, and they have given us top dollar for them to be melted down. He has helped me design custom earrings, which I wear daily and SO enjoy. AND I've given David estate jewelry pieces which he appraised and consigned for a more than fair price. “Lord knows I love a sale, especially when you see that most items around you are approximately $50-$200+ and you might be thinking: "There's no way I would spend that much money on clothes." However, there are a couple of factors to take into consideration. While it's true that you can find cheaper clothing elsewhere, how good is the material? How much time passes before it breaks, tears, becomes threadbare, or color drained? You can feel the quality of the clothes here, you can see it in the stitching. The patterns, and designs are distinctly unique, also; They have a sales rack in the back :-) That's where I headed and found the most gorgeous pair of pants. My friend also happened to find a gorgeous coat, and since the item was 75% off, I probably got my item cheaper than what it would have cost at a regular store. Service was exceptional. While we had the items we wanted to try on in our arms, an assistant quickly came over and got rooms ready for us. We didn't feel rushed or hurried. It truly was the best boutique we visited during our visit to Saratoga Springs. I highly recommend it.”

“Not that I go to Claire's very often but I was walking by and saw Grinch beanie hats from the outside window. Our friends, 4 year old Granddaughter absolutely loves him so I had to pop in. “Okay side street coin shop. Good place to get money for metals or keepsakes. The guy at the counter was a curmodgeon: showed him some new 2023 coins and he quipped: "doesn't interest me at all". That's some elevated conversation! Most items were TV-bought sets. Review: 4”

“Let me tell you. I don't tend to leave reviews for places, but this lovely boutique deserves one. I stopped in while we were in town for Dave Matthew's and I found this beautiful pink dress that I wanted to buy for my birthday in a few months. I left there for probably 5 minutes and when I came back, it was on the rack to be tried on. I talked to one of their employees, Alison, and she was super sweet and attempted to find the same size (they only had the one). I waited for a few minutes while someone tried on the dress and then gave up and went outside. Shortly after, Alison came out and called me back in. The lady didn't like it so she held it for me to try on. Long story short, I loved it and bought it. Alison might've been one of the nicest employees of any boutique I've been in.”
