My husband, son and I went to Hattie‘s tonight for dinner, not long after they opened tonight. We had Kirsten as our waitress. She was incredibly nice and informed us of some delicious options. I personally was thinking of trying the crispy chicken sandwich, which I’ve never had before. She explained how delicious it was, which made me wanna get it even more. My son, who is three enjoyed talking with her, she was very sweet to him. He gave her a huge hug and a high five when we left. We love stopping by Hattie’s whenever we’re up in Saratoga Springs, especially my husband! Their food is simply incredible!

My husband and I recently shopped at Impressions in Saratoga. The shop is a delight! Maddie and Marianne are great to work with. The shop is beautifully decorated with so many gifts- clothing ( great quality), glasses, art work, novelty gifts and delicious honeys and so much more! It feels like you’re walking into a closet filled with precious gems to fill your home with cozy, unique Saratoga gifts! Always a pleasure to shop here, great price point, abundant and varied product, great web site to order from. Maddie is special and very attentive and great to work with. We will see you soon!

Impressions of Saratoga is a great venue for souvenirs, as well as, everyday wear, glassware, special honeys, beautiful art pieces as well, etc. Impressions is NOT the average "tee shirt stop". It is so much more than that. The quality of their merchandise is remarkable. Entering Impressions is like walking into a precious closet filled with everything uniquely Saratoga - pure Heaven!
We are so happy with our purchases from Impressions that we also bought items from their web site as well. The site is simple to navigate, great price point and reasonable shipping. Working with Maddy was seamless and a joy. She called to explain that she would place our two orders into one so that we don't have to pay a double shipping cost. She's amazing, very professional and a joy to work with. The entire team, including Marianne, are gracious, listen to your needs and try to help you find the perfect gift or specialty item. The shop is beautifully arranged with ample & varied product, great price point, exquisitely immaculate setting and superb staff demeanor. The BEST gift shop EVER!!!! I was on a trip with my friends when we decided to stop by this shop because they had a pressed penny machine. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of their control, they did not have power in the building. As a result, they had set their shop up outside, but the penny machine was inside and people were not allowed in for their own safety. The LOVELY and most AMAZING worker wrote down my information and mailed me the pressed penny I was looking for. This was so thoughtful and truly going above and beyond! I can’t wait to revisit.

So my daughter found this store and she wanted the horse shaped pasta. Drove down from Montreal, going to the racetrack, and detoured to buy her some pasta. The issue was, the location where the pasta was sold, was closed due to a power failure (unfortunately, this was not mentioned on their website) BUT… I went to the closed location and found sign on door (see pictures) but that lights were on, people inside, yet store still closed. The reason for the 4 stars is because the very nice lady who came to the door (to let someone out) and explained that the partial power had just come back on and they hoped to open later that day listened as I explained my situation and said I didn’t know if I could come back. The lady decided to accommodate me, made me wait outside, and she got my pasta. Although the power failure wasn’t there fault and they could have, and should have, put it on their website, the fact that the lady accommodated me, I think deserves a 4 star for customer service.

I just want everyone to know what a fabulous place Impression’s of Saratoga is. Quality products, quick shipping, and most of all the friendliest and most helpful staff. Thanks Maddy, Marianne and all the staff! Was a pleasure to actually get to visit in person last August during the Travers! can’t wait to get back!

There return policy is you must have you receipt or be in there club and I was in there club but I signed up the day I bought the shirt so it didn’t count :/ lots of rules with this place they do a lot of dog events !

Have ordered twice from their website, orders were processed fast and I received the items very quickly!! The last items ordered were tee shirts for the Belmont at Saratoga, these shirts are so much nicer than what is offered on the NYRA shop website and they are very unique. Very happy with my purchases and I will continue being a customer.

I could not be more happy with the service I received here. Maddie took care of ALL of my client gifts (and some personal ones too) this year and made the entire process streamlined and seamless. They have an incredible selection of Saratoga themed products. Definitely my go to place for Saratoga gift shopping!

If you are lucky enough to come into town during your vacation,Impressions of Saratoga is a must see ! My family and I have enjoyed shopping there for years ! It has something for everyone and the customer service there is second to none ! Do not walk past this store without going in ! You wont be sorry.
