My husband and I recently worked with Heidi and her team for our first home purchase. Heidi was a truly exceptional member of our team. She supported us every step along the way and was always there (even on weekends and in the evenings) to answer our questions and address our concerns. She held our hand through the entire process. She gave us excellent advice while still being respectful of our wishes. We would definitely work with Heidi again if we were to ever purchase another home. Thank you Heidi!

I was referred to Heidi and her team by a local bank because I was struggling with a lower credit score. I have never worked with a broker before and after this wonderful experience I do not think I will ever work with a bank again. I met with Heidi and she explained the entire process to me in very simple terms that anyone could understand. During the approval process she was in constant contact with me giving me updates on my status. Her attention to details far surpasses my expectations. Not only did her and her team secure a loan for me, I was able to get a very competitive rate even with my lower credit score. I would 100% recommend Heidi and her team for anyone looking to secure a new/refinance mortgage. They are the BEST!!!!

My wife and I worked with Heidi to get a mortgage for our first home and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase. She was always willing to answer our questions and took the time to explain the process to us along the way, which we really valued as first time home buyers. Heidi and her team processed our information quickly and had us ready to close well in advance of our closing date. She was always easy to get in touch with as well, even outside of normal business hours. I would definitely recommend working with her to anyone who is planning on buying a home!

I cannot speak highly enough of Heidi and her Go Rascal team! During the stresses of purchasing a home, Heidi made sure to be there every step of the way, and not just in regards to the financial aspects of the purchasing process. Heidi would make sure to check in every couple of days to see how we were doing and was an excellent sounding board and resource. She even stepped up above and beyond when the buyer of the home we were selling was getting tricky, she was ready to assist in any way she could without any hesitation! Her company also surprised me with her "Homes for Heroes" reward at the closing of our new home, this special program is for educators, law enforcement, health care workers, etc. An absolutely amazing group to work with, and we have certainly added Heidi as a special part of our family! Heidi went above and beyond helping my fiancé and I with our mortgage. Being 1st time home buyers she was understanding, very knowledgeable, kind, and available with the many questions and requests we had along the home buying journey. My fiancé and I were glad to have worked with Heidi and her team. Heidi and her team work quick to help the process move along fast. We were even able to extend our closing date due to unforeseen circumstances without issues. Heidi and her team communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
