Hi…so my grandma had a dog named cinnamon…cinnamon would come over to my house on the weekends when we moved out of my grandma and grandpas house…my grandma has taken her dogs to this vet.for years…even though her dog moved in with me and became my dog me and my mom still take cinnamon to the same vet…we try and take my dog when my grandmas working as an assistant there bc my dog will refuse to go in unless my grandmas there…today march 27 of 2024 she has a major surgery..she got some of her teeth removed and her nails clipped and a lump on her leg removed for a biopsy…my grandma picked me and my dog up at 8:00 AM and my grandma brought my dog in the vet I stayed in the car bc if I have anxiety and my dog can sense it…the surgery lasted a couple hours I’m pretty sure…I was a little mad tho bc my grandma said to call them at 3:00 to see how cinnamon is and then go and pick her up…we called and Karen answered the phone she said my grandma was there and was gonna bring her mom they didn’t call to tell us or anything…so we didn’t know…and they new that me and my mom were gonna pick up my dog but they still called my grandma and my grandma wasn’t expecting it either she said…so that’s the only reason I’m a little mad and I guess u could say I was frustrated…but it’s whatever besides that I love the vet there great with my dog I love em…they were also very supportive when I had to put my cat down on 2/19/2024…Colin hugged me and Karen did the foot prints and nose print and patty explained what she was doing with the shots so that I knew when to say goodbye . ?

My sixteen year old dog, with a serious heart condition, needed surgery on his mouth to remove a large, disgusting growth. This was discovered just before Dr. Jolie went on vacation. I took my dog to another vet to seek surgery, but she was not interested because of his age and heart condition, and because this is a very risky procedure. Thank God for Dr. Jolie! After careful consultation with my dog's cardiologist, she removed the growth, and my dog is doing very well. She saw that he still had a lot of life left in him, and I appreciate her compassion, excellent skills and intimate care. She has treated three other pets of mine in the past and has always taken her time with each pet.

I have 5 rescue cats, all of which have had continued vet care. My most recent rescue was a kitten. My regular vet office wasn't able to help me with this kitten, but Dr. Jolie didn't hesitate to help. She went above & beyond what any other vet had ever done for me & my pets. She helped me to give this little guy (who was very sick) the best possible life he could have. Unfortunately, despite her dedication, loving & deeply caring heart, he passed away 1/11/22.It was very obvious I had found the most caring vet & staff any animal lover could ask for, Binx left behind 4 older brothers (cats) & a sister who's a Goldendoodle, they were best friends & she hasn't stopped looking for him.His brothers will now have continued vet care with Dr. Jolie, as will his best dog friend. To Dr. Jolie, I can't thank you enough for everything you did & tried to do for Binx. His four cat brothers & dog sister are looking forward to having you as their forever vet. RIP Binx, you are so very missed & forever loved.

I have a extremely anxious and reactive dog, time and time again she’s been sedated for the smallest things at other offices, not at hearthstone! Dr. Jolie is wonderful with Espyn, she even gave us the opportunity to tour the facility while we were deciding if this was the place for us. Absolutely wonderful staff, we won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Jolie has helped my dog immensely. I recently had changed vets to come to Dr. Jolie because I didn't feel my old vet was doing much for my dog. Dr. Jolie identified one problem he was experiencing after just a few days. She addressed that and moved on to my dog's next issues. I was so grateful to finally feel like he was getting help. Dr. Jolie is compassionate with animals and people. I'm very happy to have brought my dog to her.

This place I use to love until I wanted my 4yr old dog to get a rash looked at but since I don't plan on getting her spayed she denies services to her and now denies services to all my animals. This is absolutely disappointing, thought I found a good one but obviously not.

They refuse to see a pet unless you agree to stay or neuter your pet...Terrible policy and they clearly care more about their personal views 5haj keeping your pet safe.

Everybody at Hearthstone is very friendly and informative, they have the patience to take questions and discuss any concerns. I've gotten call backs to check on my dogs, after some visits even!My two dogs are always "treated" well and are comfortable in going there. Dr Jolie is great with them, 5 stars!
