“Home Depot is like a very large hardware store in my area for those who may not know what this place, it is filled with pretty much anything & everything that you could possibly think of. The only thing it isn't filled with is employee's which is the reason why it lost the star. I was able to find everything I needed, but it was because I had to search up and down each aisle looking through every little nook and cranny trying to find exactly what it was that I was looking for because I did not know this store. They do not have a designated person in one single spot they have people walking around all over the place and they always seem like they're too busy to help you. The store when I went in there did seem well kept, at least for a big Warehouse type of building and there was somebody going through while we were there washing the floors with a for washer which to me was kind of odd in the middle of the day which is a nice slip hazard, but if that's the way the company does their business then, to each their own. I would only ask that they would put more people into their departments, so that they would be able to get more help when people need them. I understand that this is a trying time but, even before covid-19 this was something that they struggled with. Overall though, it is a decent place to get what you need for your workplace, construction job, or home repairs at decent fair prices. So if you feel like there is something on your list that needs to get done this would be an excellent place start looking. Thank you so much for listening.”

“I called earlier in the day, for a sump pump. Vince answer the phone, I asked him if they had this sump pump in stock, and he said, we have only one left. I said can I come and pick it up, and he said I'll put it on the counter and it'll be waiting for you. I went up an hour later to pick it up and my name was on the box. The gentleman behind the counter said, I'll be right with you it was a few seconds. Very professional, very neat store at the counter. And I had a great experience there. I'll be coming back again for projects I do around my house pertaining to plumbing.”
“Update: they've stepped up their game a bit over the past few months, and it's my regular hardware store again.
Lowes had been in decline for awhile in my opinion. I used to avoid home depot and I still do but that might change. Every time I leave an online pickup order from this Lowes there is always a problem and I have since stopped using this service. I try to go to ace hardware now and I only go here in a pinch. The customer service is sorely lacking and I prefer to ship elsewhere.”
“Purchased a Weber 315 LP gas grill today. Chris was outstanding and helped with the sale. The store manager and cashier Patty were excellent to also work with. I had tried to purchase a similar grill at Lowe’s but the supervisor was a jerk. They helped me load it in my car and the process was so easy. Thanks very much!”
