Lindsey is very sweet and always available if you have a question.I never have to wait for a machine and I don't feel intimidated or judged in any way.The facility is so well maintained. “The pool was large and clean. I was surprised at the amount of seating space to watch the events. The area was long and small with bench seating. Visibility was good unless they were in lane 1. Great lighting and the scoreboard was great too. People were nice and the building was in great shape.”
“Great place to go to! They update it often, the staff are usually friendly! It can get crowded at times around 4-5, but still a good place.The loss of one star is for: the water filters they are rarely replaced, or staff does not know how to. Also the men’s locker room can get pretty “musty””

Quite a feat when you are balancing different age groups and genders, but she did a great job. We worked the heavy bag and mixed in some Pilates. She kept it fun and lively and gave us great instructions on our form. It was a perfect workout heading into the holidays.
