I used to go to the store a lot. I went there the other day to purchase a pre- workout. I asked the worker do they have any in stock? He said yes. It's over there. He walked over there with me. Showed me where it was. There was a bunch of them and a spot and the price said $29 I get to the counter to cash out and it rung up 48.99 so I said to the man you see that it said 29.99 and then you have a bunch of them and that spot his reply stuff get moved around all the time. This is the price instead of handling them much better professional way I would think if stocked item we will make sure the pricing is right. But no I just got total opposite

Just got out of a gym session at Vasa Fitness and I checked out the new GNC. Came in and met Dustin and Diego and they greeted me with a warm welcome and showed me some deals going on with opening of your store and your loyalty program. I’m a former call of duty pro competing again and an ambassador for bucked up on house arrest allowed to go to the gym. I really appreciate your sales reps not perceiving me in a bad way and judging me as a suicide attempt survivor. They were very informative and I love all the bucked up items, once I get back on track In life I’ll forsure buy something after the gym during Christmas/new years. Thankyou Dustin and Diego. Business opens at 11, arrived at 10:30, closed sign on door saying someone would be there at 11:00. I waited until 11:30 still nobody arrived

Clean and fully stocked. Did take the cashier a very long time to get us cashed out, much longer than it should. About 15 minutes of standing around waiting for her to figure out how to ring it up. After all of that, she did it wrong. Charged us $55 more than we needed to pay, maybe this is how GNC makes their money. Won’t be back.

Walked up at 5:30. Sign said “we’ll be right back! - GNC staff” and, underneath, said “back at 3:00.” So I go wait in my car. Employee flies in, unlocks the door, rips the half that says “back at 3:00”, locks up while I’m walking up, gets in his truck, and bails.For what it’s worth - call before you drive over so you don’t waste your time.
