I don't ship Fed Ex often. Had a free return label. There is no on street parking but you can park in the lot where the gate is. Just swipe your card. Free for 2 hours. I was dropping off, the girl behind the counter looked annoyed but she did show me how to use the self scanner and get a receipt.

My package was taken care of, but the person was obviously sick on the other side of the counter and when I asked what their policy was, I was told by the manager that mask wearing is under the sick person‘s discretion. I don’t feel like that’s prudent in these days. I would not be at work sick but if I was going to work sick I’d be wearing a mask.

Parking is challenging at this location — you have to go through a gate. I paid $29.94 for ground shipping and $13.94 for an 8x8x8 cardboard box. The $13.94 for the box for a total of $44.37– feels a bit much when I am already paying $29.94 shipping. I feel the shipping supplies should be more affordable when shipping at the store. customer service was good- 3 star review simply for pricing structure.

I was incredibly underwhelmed with the service I received at this store. After confirming to the clerk (no name tag) I had no products that should not be shipped and it was just baby goods, he called the recipient of the surprise package immediately after I left, saying he can't ship it because it contains aerosols. My niece called me and stated I had to go back to store.
The clerk asked for my receipt, stating he couldn't send my package without explanation. I opened the package and let him confirm it was just baby goods. Since he didn't have name tag, I asked his name, which he sarcastically replied "not without buying me a beer first."

I had a difficult printing situation and was under a real time pressure...Grace at FedEx Saratoga Springs was incredible to work with!! She solved all of my problems/difficulties; she was totally proactive, kind, respectful and super competent. Without Grace's help and expertise, I would not have finished my task successfully and would have missed my deadline. Instead because of Grace, everything worked out well and on time - what a relief!!. She clearly cares about her job and her customers. Thank you Grace at Saratoga Springs and thanks to FedEx for employing Grace. She is amazing!

I dropped a package off here to be sent back to a company for a warranty, the label was never activated, the package seemingly went missing and I feel as if I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending anything of value through their office again. Very disappointed and wish I could get either my product or my money back.

I was trying to send a small package to Canada on a COD basis, which the corporate web site says is a service FedEx offers. When I went to the Saratoga store, the clerk said that he could not do it because "the computer didn't allow it ". He didn't even try.

GRACIE was simply OUTSTANDING! Professional, courteous, cordial, spoke well, greeted me with "whatever you need I'll get it done" saying and behavior, thorough, and removed all anxieties from me concerning the process and if the package would reach its destination the next day and on time.

This tall grey haired lady told me I could receive my package at FedEx and then the assistant manager there says I have to go to the post office to find it but the team member there said I have to write FedEx office on the receiver line to get to the office after the shipper already messaged me the package has already been delivered.

My company has used these great people at FedEx in Saratoga Springs for many many years. We have always been very happy with their quality of work, the customer service and friendliness of the team. Shout out to Crystal who has been great to work with along with many others at this location.

The staff is friendly, fast, and eager to help. I had to urgently send documents overnight and only had one hour before the deadline. The staff was right there to help me print documents and get my shipping order ready in time. When we ran into formatting issues, they again came to my side and helped me rapidly make more copies, troubleshoot, and get everything ready just before the overnight shipping items were picked up. THANK YOU to the amazing team!

This is a review for the FedEx website, not this particular store location. Store members always ask me if I have a FedEx account. I don't and I would like to make one, but they say they cannot make it for me there; I have to do it online. I have tried 3 different times to make the account online but despite all the information being cleared I always get an error message that the account can't be created online and I have to call customer service. The customer service number is the most frustrating robot system ever, it never solves the issue, and I never get to speak to a human being or get my account setup. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Please work on improving your system for setting up accounts. It should not be this difficult or take this much time and effort, especially if it's something you want people to do.
