Kiran is very friendly and helpful in navigating insurance policies. We have several policies with Farmers and have moved numerous times across the US. Each move requires the usual change in policies. Generally it has been smooth with the transitions. My 4 star rating is more to do with Farmers then with their agents.

I’m currently not a policy holder anymore because my car was totaled back in January. Through that whole process and prior to that incident this company has provided over the top, great customer service and I’m so thankful for that. These days you rarely come across great customer service. Hopefully I’ll be back with them soon ?
