I went for my son's exam and they were amazing with him. He has some disabilities to which they worked around incredibly well. He was also very happy with the visit, which for him is no small order. I have referred my mother and husband since. Both of which had a very nice and easy time. Well done vision works. I can not thank you enough for your work with us.

All the staff is warm and friendly and inviting and actually quite funny I didn't wait very long my appointment was right on time they had a very nice selection I definitely go there again

I saw Jaime Schwarz optometrist for an few appointments and I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the experience. After years of blurry vision at night and while using the computer she diagnosed me with astigmatism, which I was never told I have. This changed my life. Now that I am in the correct contacts i barely get any headaches, I can drive at night and my vision is more clear than it has ever been. It has really changed my life. She has great bedside manner and never makes you feel rushed. I am so happy I have found such a great optometrist and hope to continue to see her for years to come! Thank you Jaime!-Jill

I have been having trouble with prescriptions for glasses since March. It’s now November. I have had 2 new prescriptions from them and I still have problems seeing. I am thinking they do not know how to create lenses.My contacts are in the same condition as the glasses. Wrong script.I am trying to get them to correct the problem but no one answers the phone.

Wow! Way over booked for seeing the eye doctor. I saw all the people sitting for eye appointments and I joined them after checking in. After 30 minutes of sitting I asked the receptionist how long of a wait, she said there were two people in front of me. I canceled and will try another vision company. Vision works needs to schedule less eye appointments each day.

The only reason I’m giving a star is because I got the contacts but first I went for an exam and the trials didn’t match my prescription exactly but the dr wanted me to try two different lenses for comfortability so I did… and decided which one was better so I went back and ask the dr for those he set my prescription as what he gave me for the trails (even though we spoke and confirmed that wasn’t my script). When I went to pick up the lenses I realized they weren’t what the dr told me my script was but matched what the trails were… so I brought it to their attention before I left the store with the box. Mind you with is after about a week or so of waiting for them to come in. They checked their records and confirm that he didn’t order the original script but ordered the script of the trials. The doctor wanted to pass on the message “oh those are fine” I asked the person behind the desk if I could talk directly to the dr. He then came out and asked me if it was necessary for me to get the original script rather than the trail script. Basically saying they are similiar enough. I said I would like to have the script that you got from testing my eyes. His reply “so you want me to bump them up” uhm I don’t understand why I am being asked what script I want that’s why I paid to have the test done… while waiting for them to order again I asked about a trial pair to hold me over until the new boxes came. They didn’t have any that would work at that time no problem I called back a few days later to try and get a trail because I had an event coming up the person on the phone was so rude and told me “they’ll be there before then” they were not… absolutely would not recommend nothing personal but doesn’t seem very organized or efficient office

The lady who teaches the contact class is an idiot. Tells rhe kids to use the non dominant hand to put contacts in. My son wasn't coordinated to pin point his pupil with his opposit hand. I had contacts for decades this lady doesn't even wear them. And she's telling people use opposite hands, she should not be teaching classes

This location on route 50 was a great experience. The staff and medical professionals were very friendly and courteous. I the place is also neat and clean. Very nice location. The glasses are of different varieties and price range. This worked nicely with my budget.

I waited 45 minutes for my appointment. I was a bit concerned withe advertising. Everything was 50% off , but there were many hidden fees. Also, the glasses didnt even come with a cloth to wipe them.

This place should have zero stars. I called to make an appointment for my child, because of her age I wanted to be sure they could see her. I was asked her age and birthdate, the appointment was scheduled.We drove an hour to the office for the appointment, only to be told they don't see children that young.The lack of cerebral exercise was truly disheartening. Smoother than sea glass, the lot of them.

This place is the worst. Everything from start to finish was miscommunicated. The right doesn't know what the left is doing or saying to customers. I was hesitant to go here because years ago when I last went there I wasn’t impressed but against my better judgement I made an appointment there hoping to get my daughter in contacts. After paying out of pocket and getting jerked around for a month, still no contacts. Every time I call there’s a different barrier, that’s if anyone even answers the phone. All of the people out front look like they hate their jobs, and it shows in their apathy. Only reason it got 1 star is because I can’t submit review without at least one. I will not give this place any more of my time or money

The employee who does the retina scans and the air in your eyes is the most professional kind human. It’s rare to see employees who treat you which such kindness knowing the process can be a little uncomfortable. I have been coming here for years but recently they’ve upped their game. Everyone in this building is so kind and helpful… not trying to push you to spend more money they genuinely want what’s going to be best for you. I really appreciate this quality in an office.

Arrived on time for my 12:15 appointment, there seemed to be more staff than customers. Picked out my frames and sat down. Around 12:30 they called in a patient I asked her mom how long they were waiting and she said their appt was at 11:45. I asked the kid at the desk how behind are they and he told me they just took in a patient and I was next so maybe 30 or 35 minutes. If you know you are running 45 minutes, at best, behind schedule, have the courtesy to call your clients and let them know. I didn't plan to spend 2 hours at an eye doctor appointment on top of the 40 minute round trip ride to get there.
