Deserves a 10 ? rating! See Steve, he’s awesome!! I spent 1-1/2 hours choosing my queen Olympus pillow-top mattress & I’m thrilled with it! He was very patient & accommodating! I chose my mattress by comfort & then asked the price & was happy to pay it! Him & his employee delivered the mattress, box spring, & frame plus attached my new headboard I bought on Amazon! They disposed of my old bed & frame as well!! They even removed their shoes upon entry into my 3rd floor apt! If you’re looking to replace your mattress, go see Steve!! You will not be sorry!! He’s the best!!

I know I do a lot of positive 4 & 5 star reviews and I truly believe they're deserved. But in this case, I really wish I could do a 6 star review. Well, we bought a top-of-the-line Beautyrest mattress that arrived very quickly, and we love the sleep quality but that's not it. Steve's customer service ethic was over the top. We needed help converting our full to a queen and he wouldn't let up on assisting us until it was resolved. He was incredible. I love doing business with locally owned small businesses like this one. Last year we went to a sort of big box furniture store for another mattress. The salesman was absolutely not helpful, and the company's promise of a quick delivery was not honored. We need more excellent small businesses like Steve's.

They WON'T delivery unless you buy more expensive mattress!!! I was prepared to buy 2 mattresses & 2 box springs, but was told they don't delivery if don't buy above a certain $ amount. Was told not worth the time or money!

Father in law bought a king mattress that was too firm. He had even went to the store to check it out. After he steeped in for a while did not like it. I spoke with the owner and was willing to do what ever was right for him. He went way out his way to work with him and delivered another one to his home.Their customer service is outstanding

Bought my second mattress last year from these people after purchasing the first probably 8 years ago for the life of me I can’t remember the gentleman’s name and I apologize for that but very friendly fair priced and the fine art of negotiation is not lost here which I appreciate as well. But needless to say in the market for another mattress for a different room so will be heading back here soon. Zero pressure sales as well and since I used to sell pest control the same way very comfortable environment. Thank you!
