Staff were very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Huge crack in shower, TV didn't work and no remote control. They were doing construction on the upper level which interrupted my sleeping at 730am.

I booked this for Saturday night to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. I made a passing remark about it as I checked in. Adter we got up to our room, there was a knock on the door from a staff member. They delivered a little bag of snacks, water, orange juice, and champagne, and a birthday wishes note. Exactly what I enjoy about Marriott. Wonderful and thoughtful surprise.

As a lifetime elite Marriott member, I always try to stay at Marriotts. Of the options in Saratoga, the Courtyard was closest to downtown, and included free parking. However, the room was disappointing. The bed was bad, pillows abysmal, and shower was not clean. Overall it just felt dingy and dated. In addition, I thought Courtyards always served complimentary continental breakfast but not here. Not sure if that's a recent change or they never offered it. I will say that the gentleman who checked us in was very nice, and also provided 2 complimentary water bottle. Nevertheless, they should invest in a re-model.

The hotel is clean and offers spacious rooms (we had a double queen beds). The place is well maintained and the service team is very nice and helpful! The only downside is that the pool is very small and that we couldn't enjoy the hot tub was out of service. It is a short drive from downtown (need to walk or take a taxi to enjoy nightlife) but in a quiet area so overall we had a very nice stay!Rooms: Clean and spacious

This property is a great option for business travelers and families. The team here is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Everything is super clean. Rosemarie, who works at the bar/restaurant, is the BEST. She cooks the best meals and always makes me feel welcome when I’m traveling here. She, and the rest of team, make this property a place I feel comfortable returning to.

Stayed at the Courtyard Saratoga Springs weekly from September 2022 to January 2023 and again from May to July 2023. Spacious rooms (suites), comfy beds, and a great staff (especially Mikaela and Rose!). Would highly recommend.

This hotel needs to pays its staff more so they can smile more. They look strained. The rooms are okay. They need to provide complimentary coffee and tea in the main lobby so it is accessible 24 hours. For the rooms, the mattress is so hard. It feels like I am sleeping on a cardboard mattress. Our towel had a knot of hair. Our bedspread was not spread properly. It is a solid 3.5 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars, so the hotel can improve.

It's ok. The location is why I gave it a 4 star rating. Close to town, but not right in town. Walking distance. We had a few issues, but they wouldn't necessarily be something someone else would encounter. Worth a try.Rooms: They were decent. Not as clean as i would have expected, but not messy. The television had issues and wasn't working correctly.Walkability: Walking distance to town.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Very accommodating and polite. Hotel is located within 15 minute walk to town. Staff Jared, Jan and Makyla were all outstanding making my stay enjoyable. Been here before and will visit again. Thanks for the great service and stay

We stayed here in May to attend a wedding. It was a great location as we were able to walk downtown. On Saturday we walked to the Farmer's Market & got lunch there. Also the Olde Bryan Inn is close by for lunch or dinner. Our king room had a refrigerator, microwave & a safe. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full the weekend we were there due to a college graduation, it was a nice, quiet place . The rooms here are serviced every 2 days. I was surprised that the bed was not made on the day the cleaning staff came in. I had left only a magazine on the bed & was told by the front desk that if there is anything left on the bed, the bed will not be done. This Marriott has a pool & hot tub and a bistro where you can get meals. There was no charge for parking. I would stay here again.

Very clean room and the beds were very comfortable with great pillows and the front desk staff were very accommodating and housekeeping was awesome and I would really recommend this hotel because it is also in a very good location
