These people are so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of Irish gifts, clothes, snacks and jewelry. My Wife found a sweater she loved and I called 2 days later on Monday. They found the item, gift wrapped it and mailed it to my work so my Wife wouldn't know. We went last year and again this year. Well worth stopping in. They made us feel like important customers both times we were there.

Exceptional customer service. In March during a visit to this nice Irish shop, I was looking for a tweed cap. While they had a fine selection my preference for a certain color and pattern was not available in my size. When I asked if one in that particular color and pattern in my size comes in keep me in mind so they took my information. In October they called with good news, a cap in that pattern and my size came in. I've been wearing ever since.

Excellent Customer Service! I always feel so welcome when I visit the store. The staff are always kind and courteous, as well as, extremely helpful with any questions I have. The products are absolutely beautiful and unique!

We came over to Saratoga Springs from Vermont to check things out. Stopping at this little gems was on our list of ‘Must See’ stores on Broadway. We were not disappointed. There are so many interesting things to look at and tempt the wallet. The lady running the store was super nice and helpful. Something for everyone.

Excellent selection of imported goods. Up-to-date items, items that are new product lines (I am familiar with a lot of this stuff... it's so much fun to be able to browse contemporary Irish products that I haven't seen before). Well-stocked. Staff left me and my kids alone to wander around freely which is always appreciated. Prices were fair. I had a nice time shopping here while on vacation in Saratoga.

this store has everything Celtic.... you'll love it ( if you love Celtic). It is definitely worth stopping in, the selection is very nice ( staff was a touch stuffy but ok) and helpful

I was aggressively and loudly kicked out after being in the store for less than 15 seconds because I took a sip of coffee. No warning.I understand that I messed up with the mask, but sheesh - treat people with some dignity. I can't remember the last time I was treated with that much disrespect. We are all trying our hardest to navigate these Covid times, myself included. I meant no disrespect toward the shop by my actions. I made a mistake and don't need to be publicly shamed for it.You could have just asked me to leave.Please treat people better.
