I am in disbelief at the lack of customer service this hotel markets as "a unique and customized experience" for its guests. The number that was provided as the help line is disconnected, the heat was not on in our room, there was no one to help us back into our room when we got locked out, and it's been years since I've stayed at a hotel that didn't provide complimentary water, at the very least, when there is no lobby or other amenity available. Especially considering that water is available in ABUNDANCE as the center of natural and mineral springs.
For the cost per night ($400) in their "off" season, I am shocked that this was the level of service we received. I've stayed at 20 Euro a night hostels that provided better service. I will not be returning and will be sharing with everyone I know that this hotel is a poor poor display of hospitality.

Communication leading up to the stay was friendly but disappeared once we arrived. WiFi information was not provided and all attempts to reach out to management either went ignored or were met with automated replies. There was no one onsite to talk to either. The renovation is already starting to fade. Cold air comes in through the gaps around the wall mounted AC, and there is no thermostat. Warm air starting coming in from the floor vents on the second night but it was weak and did little. The room smelled musty, the towels felt cheap and worn, there is only a duvet on top of the bedsheet, the pillows and mattress were crumpled and thin, and you can hear your neighbors through the walls. There is no checkout process or receipt, all I have to go by is my confirmation email from months ago.

People on the phone were really cool but the room was very musty, the sheets Were damp. Dead bugs all over the place. Creepy pictures ?. Air conditioner was not properly sealed in the window you could see plenty of daylight all the way around that which causes bugs to come in. And it is a motel not a hotel.. oh I forgot to mention the dead bug in the light too.

Amazing little gem located across from the race track. Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. With free parking outside of your door. And a small patio with tables and chairs. You check in online, which was easy & they get back to you via text very quickly! I loved my whole experience here & look forward to visiting again ?

This was a great find. Rooms are updated and cozy. We enjoyed the live music around the fire pit on the property. Easy walk to the track. Took the trolley to town. We also would like to Thank Dawn for being so nice and friendly. We will be back.

People need to know there’s a live outdoor music venue across the street. Also, there’s no staff on the premises. You check yourself in on your phone, there is no one to help if you have a question or problem. We were awakened at 5 AM by a high-pitched, whining noise. We finally realized it was the plumbing, the noise would go away when we flushed the toilet but then come back. This lasted about a half hour. On the positive side, The rooms were clean and new.

Got to the room, it smelled really musky and was not very clean (so many dead bugs in the window). I let it go, because at least the sheets looked washed. Woke up the next morning and my dog is covered in fleas. She is on a preventative, and it was slowly killing some of them but we had to remove about 40 adult fleas. I know for a fact this didn't happen after her walk the night before, because we check her with a comb. So my assumption is that there were fleas in the room already, because it wasn't properly cleaned. The floors are painted black, which makes it even harder to see them. This was really disappointing because it cut our trip in half and we had to deal with the headache of flea removal when we got home. Anyone who has owned a cat or dog knows what a pain that is. We have stayed in pet friendly places before and never had an issue. This "hotel" (it's actually a motel) is under new ownership as of recently, and it's clear that they do not care about what goes on. Whoever bought it apparently owns other properties all over the country so they barely have time to really care about this one. I was able to get partially refunded, that's the only positive I took from this trip.I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

0. Cute on the exterior but nasty. Shower curtain liner is gross. They don't even have a bottom sheet or a top sheet. How can you call yourself a. Hotel without proper sheets? Save yourself the 600$ and sleep in your car

Do not use the Brentwood "Hotel" (which is really nothing more than a seedy motel). We booked a room suitable to bring our small, 17 pound dog. We were in the room from 10 pm to about 9 am, and our dog was never alone in the room. Four hours after we left and had returned to Connecticut, we received a text from the hotel falsely stating that our dog had damaged a "custom made" duvet cover. Not only did our dog not damage the duvet cover or anything else in the room, there was nothing special about the duvet cover or the furnishings. The hotel simultaneously charged our card $150 for the alleged damage. This appears to be scam perpetrated against those coming from out of town. Avoid this establishment like the plague.

The property is gorgeous and a perfect location. I stayed in April so can't say anything about the horses. The room was well-designed and felt glamorous. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing. The patio area is crushed gravel with some tables; super relaxing to just hang out and enjoy the sun. We brought bicycles with us, but there are bikes available for guests that are high-quality and Brentwood-branded. Recommend tooling around Saratoga Springs on bicycle if you have the chance.A few minor negatives:- In-room coffee/tea are for purchase, not included in your room price. I'm used to complimentary coffee at hotels, but since it's fancy coffee, I get why it's for purchase. Maybe include a complimentary option that's less fancy?- Contactless check-in and the closed bar made it feel like an Airbnb, for better or worse. It's nice to talk to a human in person. The rooms are VERY nice here, but don't expect the hotel treatment.- Some of the Brentwood "swag" advertised on the website was not available, such as the pen, notepad, and tote bag.- No fire pit or s'more kits since the bar was closed. It was lovely out (~70s in April) so these would've been great to have.

PROS: Location! its away from the loud music and people from the main strip. situated at the lower end of saratoga horse track.Water pressure was perfect with ample hot water. Private parking for guests only so you can park right in front of your room.Pet friendly which was the main reason we stayed here (fees applied).CONS: Bar was closed when we visited. It looked so cool inside. Maybe next time. Bed was the worst for my back. Its very plush and many people like that but it was too plush for me. bad night sleep the first night. The AC was very noisy the weekend we went bc it was 80 degrees out in mid april. Also you can hear everything outside; people talking, car doors slamming etc. Overall i would return when the races start. very pet friendly town with friendly folks.

Beautiful rooms with such attention to detail from the bathrooms to the snack/coffee selection. The service was beyond expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us!
