I absolutely love this store and will not buy pet products anywhere else aside from maybe one thing. We have two dogs and a cat. We got a new puppy last year, a huge handful. He was a biter, a fighter, a chewer, a playful boy and always hungry. Our trainer suggested an item that we could only find at Bensons and from there we were hooked. They have the best toys, high quality, tough options for dogs who are rough on toys. We can't find toys anywhere else that our dogs can safely use. They have so many options for chews and treats, now both dogs can chew away their anxiety when needed and who doesn't love treats? Lately we discovered our dogs have food allergies, severe in many ways. The staff at Bensons have gone above and beyond with their knowledge and expertise to help us find a safe and affordable solution for our fur kids. They've spent a lot of time lately discussing our dogs issues with me and going through all of the options available. If something didnt work, they were there to help. Our dogs are no longer having allergic reactions and are as happy as can be. Also, they always have our cats favorite treats in stock and tons of his favorite toys. Every time we go in the store we're greeted with smiles and someone is always there to help. It's a great store and really beats the big name places. Highly recommended from our family to yours.

Was very disappointed in buying a very expensive fish. Day after buying him. He showed signs of being very sick. I went back to bensons to only be told it was my tank he got sick from. Which I know isn’t true since none of my other fish were sick or got sick. They didn’t want to offer any sort of money back for buying a sick fish. And after doing treatment exactly like they said ( which now I realize I shouldn’t have listened to anything they said ) my $50 fish died. I don’t recommend buying fish from them.

The staff was amazing today! I went into the store about 10 days ago to buy a snail to clean our betta fish tank. Sadly, the snail didn't make it. We discovered that today when I brought my 8 year old into the store. She loves every living being, she named it. It was a loss for her and the staff did everything they could to console her. We left with 2 new snails and some food. I'm 100% about supporting local businesses and we are happy with the choice to shop at Benson's!

Had an anxiety attack and didn’t have a drink for my meds, whoever the women there working helped find me a cup of water to take my meds. Staff was very kind and helpful

The staff was friendly and helpful, although they didn't carry the furbliss grooming pad I needed. I needed water to drink and a bathroom which they don't have for the public. The parking area and entrance gives the impression that the place is maybe closed, as it is all uncared for.
