The service, selection and support for purchasing, understanding and how to maintain our hot tube has been awesome. The staff was also supportive in the decision making process. My wife and I are also going to purchase a new mattress as well.

I purchased a Bullfrog Sap from Saratoga Sleep and Spa a few years ago. I could not be happier with the service that they have given me. From initial installation to help maintaining crystal clear clean water in my spa. Recently I needed a special chemical treatment of my spa due to being on a well and not having perfect well water. I called Sleep and Spa and over the phone they were able to diagnose the problem and knew exactly what was needed. They even brought the chemical to my location the same day! Couldn't ask for better service! Bullfrog is a quality spa made in the USA and I highly recommend Saratoga Sleep and Sap!

This store is a joke....went to check 1/5/23 out a mattress (btw they range in from 3000 and up) the salesman could not be bothered getting up from his chair. When I asked how far the adjustable frame raises the head of the bed he lifted his arm rather than actually showing me by using the remote to actually raise the head of the raise. I have no idea how this guy got this job but he is worthless and his only purpose would be to discourage any customers from buying from that store. The perfect pictures of a lazy employee. Considering how expensive the mattress are you think they would have a tiny bit of interest in making a sale.

I am updating my post from my previous… the massage chair we ordered is now in our possession and though we had to wait a little longer than expected we are extremely happy with the chair. The owner of Sleep and Spa was very communicative and made sure our chair was delivered to our door. The two gentlemen that brought it in set it up nicely and were very helpful. We will be recommending this chair to all our friends.

Great company! We ordered our spa and covana cover a year before we had a place prepared for it. Life got in the way for us but the company was so accommodating. We are very greatful. The install team was excellent. Thanks Corey, Brad, Mike and Adam for doing a great job! Can’t wait to use it!

We could not be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism of Eric, the owner, and Nick, the spa repair person. Even over the hectic schedule of the holidays, Eric made sure the issue we were having with our Sundance Spa, which had nothing to do with Eric or his team, was addressed promptly. Nick came out, quickly determined the issue and repaired our spa so we were able to start enjoying it again. Nick is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We have been back here several times to buy beds! Everyone is always so helpful to find the right bed and nice to work with, especially Gil! Maybe we will get one of their spas next!

We bought a mattress, an adjustable base, and a Caldera Spa from Eric and his team. The whole team, Eric, Gil, Devon, the 2-Brian's and Nick, were great to work with on all levels, from purchase to delivery to install and start up. Even with the supply chain issues they were professional and fair when we had to switch Spa's because of canceled deliveries. Knock wood we have had no issues but to date the whole team has been very responsive when we have called. Thanks, to all. Char in Saratoga

They gave a fair price for the Spa. The service is a complete zero. We had to call the manufacturer to get any kind of help getting the service team to come out. They have very limited understanding of how the spa works and after coming out once never came back to compete the work needed. If you are buys a spa from them expecting to have warranty issues fixed you came to the wrong place. If you have second thoughts about buying a spa from a mattress store you thought correct.

Having no experience with hot tubs we truly were pleased with the sales team at sleep and spas and the wonderful guys they recommended for electrical, and concrete foundation! A follow up visit with Brian on maintenance and safety of hot tub was a nice surprise!

I was unsure walking into the store if I would fine my perfect mattress (as I had been looking for months), but after a few months sleeping on the mattress I bought from them I can honestly say it was a great purchase! Eric answered all my questions in detail and worked with my budget to find me the best mattress possible. I am very pleased with my experience and will be recommending to friends!
