“Purchased a Weber 315 LP gas grill today. Chris was outstanding and helped with the sale. The store manager and cashier Patty were excellent to also work with. I had tried to purchase a similar grill at Lowe’s but the supervisor was a jerk. They helped me load it in my car and the process was so easy. Thanks very much!”

“We recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Adirondack Appliance and we have no complaints. The salesman Erik, was helpful and informative and was not pushy in any way, which we always appreciate. He simply answered our questions, informed us of pros and cons for all options and let us make our own decision. No pressure. John and Mike delivered our purchase right on time and did an outstanding job. We had a couple of issues that required some problem solving and they came through in every way. By the look of the negative reviews on this page it seems to mostly revolve around service. Hopefully, we will have no need for service, and if we do, hopefully I can follow up with another positive review. (Not from San Francisco, not sure why it says I am. We're local)”
