My husband and I stopped in and spoke to Gordon, at the Saranac Lake location.We had some questions for him. He answered all of our questions politely and seemed to sincerely want us (2 senior citizens) to understand his answers and told us to stop in any time if we had any other concerns.

Thank you Ryan! Folks, we switched to Verizon from Spectrum this past November. All 6 of us. This week we had a couple of glitches. Ryan took care of us flawlessly!! He personally called Verizon and talked to them. You know how exhausting that can be. He is very kind and an absolute jewel!

I worked with Ryan today to replace my iphone , buy a new iphone 15 and to purchase all accessories. Ryan has excellent customer service and total knowledge for the process to transfer all data etc, he was a pleasure to work with, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !

Other than the additional fee for payments made with cash, I would have to say that the staff at the store were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to find ways to help save me some money. Overall I'm quite impressed with the quality of service here.

So the place only had 2 employees working when we stopped in for a broken phone replacement on vacation. Although we had to wait quite some time, both employees dealt with all customers with professionalism and Ryan even found me more incentives that I wasn’t even aware I had. Really a nice guy and I highly recommend you stop in if you have any Verizon needs!!!
