My husband and I stopped in and spoke to Gordon, at the Saranac Lake location.We had some questions for him. He answered all of our questions politely and seemed to sincerely want us (2 senior citizens) to understand his answers and told us to stop in any time if we had any other concerns.

Thank you Ryan! Folks, we switched to Verizon from Spectrum this past November. All 6 of us. This week we had a couple of glitches. Ryan took care of us flawlessly!! He personally called Verizon and talked to them. You know how exhausting that can be. He is very kind and an absolute jewel!
