Great customer service. They are always busy and really need two at the front desk especially first thing as they open so late in the day. It must be very difficult to keep help with so many customers to keep happy sitting g for 20-30 minutes on average each. Based on my own experiences.

Worst place in the world to get service there is always a line and the available help there isn't very good. When I was there a couple of days ago the person who was working put up a sign on the door be back in 35 minutes and that time I witnessed a dozen people come and go. They shouldn't have any down time when they're only open 8 hours 10 to 6:00

How does a company that has a monopoly on internet not have working service? I've been a new customer for under a week and the service is already out.I've been put on a waiting list since I can't make the evening appointments, with the closest appointment I can make i need to miss work for. Just like Frontier, they charge wild amounts for a service that rarely works.Would never recommend, but if you live in the Tri-Lakes, you don't have a choice.

Convenient 30min break while needing to drive 25 mins to get here with a baby in the car. How do you continue to take a break with paying customers sitting in your parking lot. Hope this worker enjoys working jobs that they hate because it’s clearly all they’re ever going to get.

Are not opened on weekends as hours claim, close for lunch without posting those hours on here or at the door. Spoke with the service agent for over half an hour one day, trying to fix a huge customer service phone error, and he told me to come back the next day and return a modem and it would finally be settled. Next day the same guy looks at me blankly and says there is no modem on my account and the new one would need another week now. After they cancelled my account telling me it would only be 24 hrs. It feels like they hire people and provide no training on purpose.

Keep raising the price for thr internet packages. 85 a month just for the internet is insane
