It is very satisfying to be to deal with a live human to get everything straightened out with your cable/internet account. Excellent customer service at this office.

Great customer service. They are always busy and really need two at the front desk especially first thing as they open so late in the day. It must be very difficult to keep help with so many customers to keep happy sitting g for 20-30 minutes on average each. Based on my own experiences.
