the highest recommendations!I had a flat tire, I was in the Aldi parking lot, called Madison, within 5 minutes a man arrived (as I later realized it was the owner, Mike) and pumped up the tire so that I could follow him and get to the garage. Mechanic Zach did a great job on my tire. prompt, professional and respectful, Thanks !

After driving around and stopping in every garage to fix a valve stem ( about 15 of them )We stopped at maddens garage said they could do it . He said wait here i will get to you in 15 minutes , all the other garage’s said leave it overnight and I’ll see if I can get on it ( it’s a 15 minute job ) . We use this vehicle for work and we are from out of town . And leaving the vehicle just can’t happen . So THANK YOU so much Maddens garage for getting us in right away and taking care of it . The gentleman that did the work also was super nice and friendly even gave our dog a treat . I think it was maybe the owner but not sure . I’m glad there are still people like this in the world .

Great service. I was stuck in Saranac Lake when my brakes failed. Though parts were hard to find, Mike the mechanic got everything fixed in one day, enabling me to enjoy my vacation to Montreal to with son.

We came out on vacation and were not prepared for tire troubles. Our daughters birthday/vacation and we were stressed. The owner was amazing got us in immediately and had the tire repaired in no time! Life saver!

Called them to see if they could check my truck brakes and the lady who answered told me they didn’t have any availability, I asked her when would they have any time, she got mad at me, condescendingly said good bye and hanged up on me, I don’t know how they’re so busy cause their customer service, specially the lady picking the phone up sucks.

Locked my keys in my truck at charlies inn. Answered my call at 10pm and was at my truck within 30 minutes, on a 1 degree night! Excellent, fast service. At a great price! Would recommend to anyone!

My daughters car broke down at Buck Pond . Loaded with bikes , 5 kids and camping gear. Unable to drive back to Connecticut. Maddens came to the rescue . Repaired my daughters car immediately and sent the family on their way safely and securely. Wonderful people !! Mike is a true gentleman and a great mechanic. A garage like Maddens and the staff are a rarity in this world. . Wonderful people. Gratefully Rick Desmond

I got my car stuck in a deep ditch and they were there in less than half an hour to help me. The driver was super polite and very communicative throughout the whole process, and he pulled off this rather tricky tow beautifully. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Last winter after dropping stuff off to my father in the hospital I foolishly pulled over and got myself stuck in the snow. I panicked...trying to hide my panic so my little boy who was 7 didn't panic...I called Maddens. They found me. I didn't really know where I was because I was scared, dark, cold, was snowing! I gave awful directions! Ugh I was such a mess!!! I will forever thank the man who's name I never got! Thank you! Thank you!

Madden's is a full service towing and repair service, from cars to big rigs, they have you covered.They are a family run business who I've been using for around 30 years when I had my trucking company.
