“Bob and Chris do a good job keeping my vehicles on the road. Their prices are fair. Its nice that when they call you with the estimate you are talking to the mechanic not some service writer or upseller. They can tell you exactly what's going on and let you know the severity of the issue.I've had tires, brakes, suspension, batteries, engine diagnostics, all done there and its nice having honest people work on your car.The only downside is they don't do NY state inspections.Services: Battery”
“I was from out of town on vacation when my driver side head light went out. I went to Napa auto parts bought the light and asked them to install the light. They installed it no questions asked and without a charge. Amazing customer service and would definitely recommend them and if I ever need to go back to get work done, they are my guys. Excellent service!”

“While on a road trip from Canada we picked up a bolt in our front tire of our pickup. On a Friday afternoon the staff was able to get us a new tire put on our rim in a timely fashion with no notice. Tire was very affordable and the service was excellent ! 10/10 would recommend.”
“Got my truck stuck in a mud hole off-roading, these guys took their truck as far down the trail as they could and hiked the rest of the way. Wasted no time when they got to us. They were determined to get us unstuck in the cold and dark. A recovery like that could have taken all night, but not for these guys. Then after all that they charged so little I felt like I was robbing them. Excellent service.”

“I was driving north on Rte 81, about an hour away from my destination, when I finally had to get off the highway and find a service station for a car problem. 1) I was lucky to find Wayne's Automotive as most auto places are closed on Saturdays. 2) Wayne was great--he diagnosed the problem and did a re-set which improved my car's performance and saved my trip!! 3) Affordable price! Would recommend this auto shop to anyone!”
“Everyone we worked with at Bob Johnson Ford was courteous and helpful, and we especially appreciated that the vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready to go when we got there because we had called ahead. It was a pre-owned vehicle and they were willing to negotiate on one bit of minor damage that we found, leaving all parties happy.There was a bit of a disconnect between sales and service though. We came back the next week to pick up the vehicle, to find out that last minute it hadn't passed inspection because of bad tire wear. They had a new set of tires put on for free, which we are very grateful for, but because of timing we weren't able to get the vehicle until the next day, meaning we've driven an hour each way to pick up a car that we couldn't bring home. That said, they were very accommodating and after the new tires were put on, they had someone drive down to us to take care of the paperwork and drop off the car.I'll definitely keep Bob Johnson Ford on my radar the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.”
