My first time going there and will be going only there for now on! My mother has been going to them for years and I wish I would have started sooner. Jim and the whole crew are absolutely amazing. They are very reasonably priced, very informative and made me feel so comfortable with not being knowledgeable about mechanics. I definitely will not be going anywhere else in the future. I recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for the great service!!

I have been there twice now. They are very polite and honest. I will continue to go there, there the best place around. They don't rip you off... like some other places may try to do... I appreciate there honesty! I would recommend them to all.

Been having Jim and his crew fix up my car for about 5 years now and every experience has been stellar. They're kind, courteous, experienced, efficient, and best of all, very fairly priced, there's not a single negative thing I can say. They tell you the facts about what's going or how long something might hold up without trying to sail you down the river for a profit. Reliable mechanics can be a little hard to come by but the folks at Wilco are far and away the best mechanics I've gotten to know, they're well worth your investment

Ok Im not the typical girl who can't do something or atleast figure it out . The horrible snowstorm that came whipping through last week , the one clear day I was cleaning off my car /windshield and the blade on one of wipers came off . I stood there working on trying to get it back on for 30 minutes . My hands were freezing and couldn't so it . So I called Willco and they told me to come on over . So I went over talked to a super sweet man . We go out to my car and voila he puts it on. He said have nice day and that was it. Just a simple 2 second job and polite . You don't see that alot nowadays . Maybe I found my new mechanic 10 stars !!!

my son who is attending Niagara Community college drove his vehicle back to college and it quit about 10 miles from the campus...We are from the Syracuse area and had to do a quick lookup online to see where he could take it to get repaired and we found Wilco automotive...They're reviews were very good online, so we had it towed there..They looked at the vehicle, diagnosed the issue and had it all reapires in a couple of days.. Very friendly to talk to while going back and forth on the phone..extremely satisfied with everything...Will be our go to shop if problems come up again on my sons vehicle..highly recommend
