I had the pleasure of dealing with Courtney over the phone, and Brigid in person. Both were not only professional but also very empathetic and understanding of my issue (a lost package due to incorrect address submitted by me) and went out of their way to assist me. So thankful for their service, and highly recommend this location!

Worst post office around only one personal inside the store at a time while six+ people wait in the lobby won't be back to this backwoods ran place and if I have to wear a mask your employees in the back should also

Review based on using post office for a PO Box while temporarily in the area. Courteous staff and one of few post offices that will accept packages from amazon. This location was a life saver and a much cheaper solution than a box from UPS. I received my fedex/ups packages at a Walgreens.
Did not use post office for mailing of items.

I love this tiny little office. People are always so nice. Lady always asks the right questions, tries to ship the most economic way possible to California. Always reminds me to buy stamps!!! Verifies shipping zip codes if I am doubtful. Carries Halloween Spook stamps year round. Yay!

Yet another time I'm waiting for a package that was "out for delivery" that didn't arrive. Seems that the carrier handeling the Unicorn Dr. area could improve. Mail has no real set time for arrival and the tracking of packages is completely worthless. All I can figure is that the carrier was too far behind schedule to deliver packages of too lazy. No buzz for a package or more of attempted delivery either. At least UPS and FedEx can be relied upon. No longer doing business with companies than only offer USPS.

Why do we even have a Government subsidized postal service anymore? UPS and FedEx can do everything the USPS does. USPS has HORRIBLE customer service. If you want to buy a stamp you need to stand in line with some very "interesting" people. AND, now they deliver for AMAZON? Bottom line, you get what you pay for, I will never use USPS again.

We have lived in Sanborn for 29 years this Post Office is so convenient and the staff have always been courteous and helpful . We do agree that the parking is terrible but worth the great service we have.
