As someone who really enjoys Gerber brand snacks and quick meals, this store has quite the selection. I would like to thank the permed woman behind the desk for being si helpful finding me the section I needed. Would also like to thank the blonde girl behind the deli counter, she sliced my ham nice and thin. Biggest thanks to Aidan, who went in the back and grabbed me 10 cartons of eggs when I thought they were all out.
Thank you tops and thank you sanborn, God speed. Amen.

Great store if you want a quick in and out. Everything is easy to find and the store is a comfortable size for people who don't wish to walk through a warehouse store. The store manager, Mary Ann Cox, is extremely helpful and has made this location a wonderful place to do your shopping. Especially now, with costs so high, it is refreshing to find such a customer friendly manager.

I went in with my son and daughter who have special needs and one is in a wheelchair and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. One of the workers took me to find the gluten-free wraps and they let me use a bag so I could put my items in it and hang it on the back of the wheelchair which made things much easier. Three cashiers in the front me check out quickly and were very nice to the kids with one of them picking up and iPad that my son dropped. Sometimes you encounter people that don’t know how to interact individuals with special needs and your staff treated them just like anybody else maybe even better they were very, very helpful. You should be very pleased with how they represented Tops.
My only recommendation would be a special needs cart where someone in a wheelchair who can’t steer a motorized scooter could sit on a bench with a card attached that would make it a little easier. Has four or five of them but most places don’t have them and even if you had one or two it would make life easier for people who really need them. Thank you.

The prices are greater than most local local stores. For our small community of mostly senior, disabled, or low income. I treat it as a corner store. The good folks who work there are great, very friendly, and over the top helpful. But that's the kind of community north tonawanda general is. Help their neighbors....

A bit on the small side for a modern grocery store and compared to most other Tops locations. However compact deli had good selection, produce had the basics and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cute little tops. Shop here on occasion for people I help out. Always seem to find everything on their lists. The store has always been clean, and all the employees I've dealt with have been wonderful.

Sanborn Tops is my go to place if I just need something quick. I know where everything is. It's always clean. It's a small Tops but always has what I am looking for in a hurry.
