“I was hesitant to go to this location after seeing all the negative reviews about a particularly unfriendly staff person there, but I was short on time so I took a chance, made an appointment, and hoped for the best. Luckily, I had a good experience. I was taken back within about 5 minutes of my appointment time, and was out the door within 10 minutes. I had Stephanie, who was pleasant and got the job done just as well as any other Quest staff that I've encountered. I am not sure if I would go to this location again for fear of getting the mean lady everyone was talking about, but if you play the odds and get anyone but her, you'll hopefully have the same positive experience that I did.”
“As someone who always has a difficult time getting blood drawn (usually go through multiple techs, try’s, and end up so uncomfortable from it all) and frequently gets lightheaded I had the pleasure of gettin Jill to draw my blood twice (two separate visits). She is WONDERFUL! I can’t recommend her enough! She makes it such an easy process and takes all the stress out of it! I will be making sure to try to request her at future appointments because she is that good!Thank you so much Jill! I appreciate your professionalism and skills so much!!”

“Everything went great.Making an appointment is extremely easy The check in was also easy and they called me in early and got the blood work done under 10 minutes.The employees were nice and fast.the wait time wasn't long.There's also a 25 bus stop right next to it so it's easy to get too.”
“I have to give this location 5 stars, yeah I had an appointment and yes that appointment was bumped back a bit. It’s no one’s fault, these girls were working as hard and as fast as they could.While I might have had to wait extra time the interaction with the phlebotomist I had was great, she was so sweet & patient despite how busy they were this morning. I didn’t catch her name, I think the white board said “Delora” I could be making that up but whoever worked in room 4 this morning you were great girl! I appreciated you making this an easy quick process. I hope your day is good!”
