Jessa helped me in the fitting rooms and was so very helpful, kind, and friendly. She gladly helped me with my sizes and selections and made me so happy. “I desperately needed a couple of gifts and arrived to the store at 8:45pm. The store hours say that they are open until 9:00pm but the majority of stores in this mall were already closed up early. Against All Odds was still open so I ran in and had the best experience!! A sales associate who’s name was Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts!! She did not make me feel rushed at all. It was actually a little past 9:00pm when I cashed out Which I felt terrible about. She was so nice and helpful though and never gave me the faintest idea it was 9:04pm. I’m so grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Such a great first experience at their store!!”

“It appears that Holly Fratello should be called "Professor Jeans." Apparently with only 3 iPhone photos and a general understanding of my size, she recommended casual and night-out pants. The jeans are currently the pair I wear EVERY day and even sit around in my underwear while that pair are in the wash. (I need to get me a back-up pair ASAP)I was skeptical getting pants as a present, but if I knew in advance these were Professor Jeans' recommendations; I would have unwrapped the package even faster to put the jeans on!What if I was able to work with Holly face-to-face in the store? “I love this store and so does my wife. They always have suitable and stylish (for me) clothing.The other week my wife bought me several shirts, pants and a warm pullover. I had to bring two items back (I needed an extra X in size). I was helped by a delightful and knowledgeable salesperson who found everything I needed. The best part of the story is that when I got to the counter I was given a $10 off card that I could use immediately and qualified for their 10% off sale. I ended up saving $30. So I received excellent service and got additional benefits.I also have to point out that I’m a big person and can count on them to have my size (XXL or XXXL). Their sizes run true.”

“The way this store is handled is great. The staff is more than accommodating. Super friendly. Always solid stock and they check other stock areas if you don't see what you need on the rack. The savings are well worth stopping in. Honestly blows the Galleria J. Crew out of the water...”

Almost all of the employees are super nice, but there are a few girls that are very rude, They just stare and give you nasty Looks and not welcome you in.

“Love this shop! Fun and amazing chapstick flavors (the butter lamb is my current favorite, it tastes like jelly bellys buttered popcorn) and recently I bought the saffron and cedar soap and am now obsessed. I have the lotion, soap, and body butter and if they make the hand soap or especially the body spray I will be getting those as well.”
