“I would highly recommend Greater Niagara FCU. I had never used a credit union and a friend suggested I try it for car loans. I was very impressed with the lower rates, great service and relaxed environment. I worked with Nick Darlak, North Tonawanda, branch manager. If it wasn’t for him putting in the extra effort I would not have got the loan and just gone somewhere else. His ability to listen to my special income requirements and spending the extra time made it possible. He was friendly, professional and helpful through the whole process. “Have only used the ATM as it's one of the only in the area that doesn't charge a fee for PayPal debit/MC. Clean. Great parking lot to navigate with wide lanes for what is probably one of the most user friendly ATM systems I've come across. I'm going to miss this when I go back home end of semester and lose the convenience of having a drive thru for this card.”

“I don't recommend doing direct deposit after hours. It will take 3 business days to be added to your account. It was very frustrating. I also think they should be open on all non federal holidays. Being a member of the fedic makes them government employees. I don't approve of that. I'm sorry. I like the bank and the staff. They're very friendly and courteous. So don't take offend of myself opinions.”

I'd say the workers here go out of their way to provide excellent customer service within the parameters of what they have available at this location. Well done. This location is located in a grocery store. It is not a brick \\u0026 mortar bank, but sure does have longer hours than one, so is more convenient in that respect.”
