“Around 3 in morning I and my son in-law were stuck in a ditch on Salt Point Turnpike and extreme towing came and got us out. I really wish I had money to tip him but I never carry cash on me it took him over an hour to get us out because we were so deep in the ditch but he did an awesome job and was patient and I couldn’t be more appreciative of him.I didn’t get his name but I thank you so much for all the hard work you did.”

“Got stuck on the side of 9, burnt my tire right off the wheel. Jonnie came in a quick, timely manner and got my car up smoothly. He was so friendly and courteous about the whole situation. Nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever met! Gave me advice about my wheel, made me feel better about it, and did everything in an efficient manner while still practicing diligence.”
“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor.
