Excellent to work with! Renata helped with the shipping of a recent auction purchase from Carlson Gallery. Very clear and quick communications to get a detailed quotation, and the service post auction was flawless. Appreciate the fast pick post auction and shipping. Highly recommend and would use again!

Since new ownership the store is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. I’ve had packages, that are time sensitive and that was made known, not even loaded on trucks. More than ONCE!! The customer service is a bad joke and you will not be heard due to the owner talking over you with every bad excuse. I am a regular and have been for years, but not anymore and I would steer everyone away from the incompetence that is prevalent there.

I have taken numerous Amazon packages to this store to ship back… but they do so much more!!! I needed help with a project that I was doing and Renata Was absolutely amazing on at least three occasions she was able to help me took her time and we were able to accomplish what I needed done

They picked up an item very late then sent it to the wrong address,when notified they did not respond. Cant believe that ups has them.Avoid if you can.....
