“One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Friendly and knowledgable sales staff. I purchased some R11 insulation at the lumber desk along with a few other items. Drove around back to one of the bays, and they loaded the insulation into my car. Seamless and stress free. Thank you for understanding that customer service matters. At Williams, it's easy to find a staff person, they focus on and understand my questions and take time to explain well, and I always leave with the right item for the job and feeling much more confident about it. The store also has lots of cool useful things I hadn't come in looking for but am glad I found in addition to finding the thing I need. It's a well-stocked, well-organized store with super-knowledgeable helpful staff.”
