Simple winter tire change- I provided the tires, all they had to do was change them. $170 FOR A FRICKEN TIRE CHANGE. They also threw away my purple valve caps without discussing it with me (the vehicle owner). The lady at the front desk threw a tantrum, like a toddler when I requested my caps back. She claimed the caps were corroded, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BRAND NEW. She was very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.

We've been customers for over 4 years. We have our Toyota RAV4 serviced for all regular maintenance as well as for any issues that come up. We also use Urban for inspections for this car and our truck that is still under warranty maintenance. We couldn't be happier with Urban's thoroughness, timeliness and very reasonable pricing. We highly recommend this business.

Go somewhere else. This is not a good place to take a car for an inspection if you want to pass and be done in one visit. They will look HARD to find problems with your vehicle hoping to milk you for repair work. Save yourself some trouble and find a different place. I live just down the road from this place and know how these guys operate ... and against my own better judgement i went here for a simple inspection on a car that is still relatively new (2017) and in good shape( i am retired, its close, and the car is in good shape ... what could go wrong .....). They failed it for 'worn' brake pads, scraped the inspection sticker off and asked if i wanted to have the brakes done. I am a retired mechanic myself ... told them no ill do it myself. Took the car home and pulled the brakes they said were worn ... they still had half life on the pads. Changed the pads just because i was already there and took it to another garage to get an inspection. Never again ... I tried to warn you.
