Nick answered on the second ring at midnight and was present within an hour. He knew his stuff, fixed the problem I called him for and a couple others that he found. Friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely call if I ever break down in the area again.

I am a driver for WT Rand Transport Brewer Maine and I broke down on I-86 in New York just a couple miles east of the PA/NY line. The man that came over to diagnose the issue was very kind and very professional. He then followed me to the Erie PA Ryder shop making sure I made it safely. Thank you very much.
