I used to love champion but the new people and all it's gone down hill completely I won't go back to them the rudeness is not called for. There warranty what warranty?! Even while renting getting anything fixed yeah forget it! Ive taken my business elsewhere.

I will say that the staff is friendly on a good note. The reason why I rate them a 1 star is because I have paid off many items with them and rented a washer and it broke down 3 times. It seems like after I pay things off it breaks right away and Champion would not help me. So, based upon this i decided to shop around. Rent a center was very expensive. Salamanca has another rental company come to find out to where they had what I wanted. I bought my washer from them and never had a problem. I also bought a TV and it broke after I paid it off and they still fixed it!! stay away from this company I encourage people to shop around first.

The staff is great, the prices could be worse.. just try to stay within th 120 days they give for cash price. I feel bad for the staff that works there. The hours are 9-6 monday through Saturday. The staff that work there probably have families and in my opinion there isn't much family time before or after those hours. This is sad to see, an employer should allow families to come first. The lady that works there is friendly and willing to help make things possible. All in all a great place. Their competitor on the other hand is a tragedy. I will not recommend anyone to go to hometown, staff is careless there. At champion they are friendly and motivated for business. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel bad for the staff working their entire day and not getting family time.
