“I was traveling from Ohio to New Hampshire had a horrific sound on my left front tire. I showed up as bill was opening the shop he took time to pull the hubcap off turned out it was just tire weight had come loose.
First time I've ever experienced that. Bill wouldn't take any money it took about 5 minutes. It turns out my friends also go to him thank you for helping a road traveler out. I can't say enough good about Bill helping me out.
