Out of all the mechanic shops across the country that I've been to including the ones that I've managed this is hands down the best place to bring your vehicle every experience I've had at Fitzpatrick's Family Ties has been nothing less than outstandingly amazing I am so grateful to have found this shop I will forever bring my vehicle here and nowhere else thank you guys so much for all the great work that you guys have done for me I am truly grateful

I brought my car here in my MIL recommendation to fix an issue w my back tires. The tires were leaning inward and had just caused me to blow a tire. He charged me $500 to fix the issue. This was Aug2023, I had put 4 brand new tires on them. Almost D1ed on my way to work today bc back inner tires are completely bald(6 months later) This man took my money and didn’t fix the problem.

Went there for tires I was riding on a donut. The tires took a couple days to come in so Chad went out of his way to put a used tire on so I didn't have to drive on the donut. Great place.

The owner skillfully helped me navigate the error codes on my car to get me back on the road and inspected, his staff of skilled mechanics worked well together, getting my Mercedes air conditioning clutch replaced and recharged, definitely recommend the car was done when they said it would be done and the AC's ice cold.

The best guys ever...I travel back and forth between St. Johnsville and WI. Have all my oil changes done when I am there. Could not recommend more highly.

I was referred to this place. Seemed to be a misunderstanding at first. The gentleman I dealt with was honest. He kept his word. I'm old fashioned in that way.I'd recommend this place.Honest business, good work. They're not expensive. Prices are fair. I was satisfied with the service provided.

I was driving through town and not from there and my tire light went on. I stopped to get air and the valve stem came out. Needless to say I had a flat tire no spare and no jack. These wonderful folks dropped what they were doing and fixed me right up. Saved me from a blowout and possibly saved my life. I can't thank them enough. They do treat you like family!Service: Tyres
