My mail was lost and every time I fill out the form they tell me to fill out online it says "there was a problem submitting your service request. Please try again later." so what do you do? No one at the counter can help you you go online nothing ever works so no just steal my mail and I get screwed again by another corporation/company. The funny thing is is the piece of mail went all over the country when it didn't need to, and it was actually in the truck for delivery, but it was never delivered and went back to the post office and was scan the next day and that was it was never scanned again, and that was weeks ago, so thanks United States Postal Service for stealing my mail

As someone unfamiliar with the shipping process, I encountered a very nice staff member here. He clearly explained what I needed to do, making the entire process quick and comfortable. Additionally, the location is easily accessible and parking is convenient.

Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. Because of her I was able to cross something off my to-do list without having to come back another day. Thanks, Ar-Nay!

I cannot believe how nice the workers are in the St. James Post Office. I have been staying out here in St. James for the past 5 months and I am so pleased with the kind, curteous service that I always receive at the post office here. It's not like the smug workers that I often encounter in The city Post Offices who seem like they hate the world and never crack a smile, not at all... Nathalie, is one of the wonderful people who works at St. James USPS, she is so kind and helpful and ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. I think the guys name is Mike and he is also very helpful and nice. They always help answer my questions about shipping whatever it is that I am sending out that day and if I'm not smiling when I come in, I am when I'm leaving, it's such a refreshing change from most other Post offices that I've been to.
