Very clean and affordable. I bring our comforters here and for $9.50 can use their large washer. It is better than ruining my washer/dryer. Super friendly staff (she was patient with me). Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience never going back again. Honestly, if you are reading this and deciding to come to this establishment please don’t waste your time. I put two machines to wash one for $3.25 and $4.75. The $3.25 washed like normal the $4.75 didn’t wash. I asked the employee what happen the blanket was still dry she was rude and was like it’s washed. I told her how can it be washed if it is dry and doesn’t smell clean or is wet. I only had $2 on me in cash to use for drying as I thought my clothes were washed. She wouldn’t cover the difference and was so rude. I asked her to call her boss and she said no at first. Finally she called they didn’t answer and then I asked for the phone number and once given and I called it wasn’t the boss. They told me to come back in the afternoon. This was 12pm and they wanted me to wait 4 hours to talk to their boss. I was just asking for them to re-wash it as something happened with the machine as it didn’t wash. They wouldn’t even do that when the machine took my $4.75 and I didn’t get that back either. Just very upsetting how they are with their customers. I am no pro at laundromats but if the softener is still in the machine then it didn’t fully wash. Picture for reference. Please don’t waste your time on this place. I came because it is closer to me but I will be driving and using my gas to the laundromat in Smithtown which I been to before and then had anyone be rude or a problem with the machine. Took a video too but google is only letting me upload photos. Thank you all.

Nice place . Very clean. But you need to change the hrs. You have posted on the doors. It says you open at 7am. I was there today waiting and it wasn’t open. Wasted my time which I do not appreciate. I will be looking for another place that opens early.

They do a good enough job, but the manager/owner (?) needs a major attitude adjustment. I'd cut some slack if it was a one time thing, but it's literally every interaction. Miserable woman.

Well she told the bathroom are not work won't let go in like before I know undersand it Covid 19 but let go bathroom need clean fan so stay cool in the summer month some time Whean I go there very hot in there I sweat need more cool air but it great clean place

Got my laundry in the machine and inserted $7.75 , the machine failed to start. I notified the attendant and was rudely approached with her saying not my problem it's not my machine. Customer service at its worst. Do not use this business. Amazing they are in business the way they treat customers.
