We had car towed there. It was there for over 2 weeks. They diagnosed car after 5 days. No cost estimate was given. Which should be given by registered motor vehicle shops.The fuel pump was the defective. The average cost for replacing pump on the high side is 950. We paid 1400. They kept the car for over 2 weeks. When the car was picked up, the rugs and seats were greasy and dirty. I called they said, "Bring it back and we will clean it for you. I found the gross overcharge and lack of follow-up phone calls by owner to be poor management. I had used them a few times before. I would look elsewhere next time. This one takes the cake.

Always very professional when I call and able to fit me in for whatever I need. Also always a lot of cars there which is usually the sign of a good Auto mechanic. Happy to bring my car there for service.

Thank you to Eric, Jonas and Mike who all helped me today. I came in for an oil change and for help with a broken headlight. I was going away the next day and my front tires aren't doing so well. I called Erik with a K. He was the most polite person in the industry. Made a call to him and came down took care of me right away and out the door in minutes. I have three cars. One is my husbands, one is mine and the other is incase we need a back up for any reason. When the mechanics see me walk in, they never know which car I’m bringing in so they are either thrilled or there is a group “noooooo”. Being a patron of them for 20 years, we are more like family then anything. They know us when we call by voice and rattle off our car info and phone number when we make appointments. Now, this may sound like we live there, we don’t. We are people that ask questions, joke around and they really feel bad when we end up at the dealership. When we come back they will ask how the car is doing. Turn the clock back 60 years ago, these would be the guys you get. Prompt, particular, professional!!

I took my new vehicle in to get a photo inspection for insurance purposes a few months ago and at the time everything seemed to have been going just fine. But a few days after I got a phone call from my insurance company asking if I've gotten the inspection completed yet to which I responded "Yes I did, the place should have sent the information over to you? If they didn't I'll give them a call." After calling BP explaining what happened I was told that "all the information from my visit doesn't exist on the computer and I would have to go in and get it redone if insurance needs it." It just seems very fishy to me that this young kid took photos of my vehicle with their cell phone and somehow it's just erased from existence. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of one is because their customer service was very nice but their professionalism is not.
