Jeff and William are both simply awesome!!! They did the job right and efficiently. Even though I live in Manhattan and it takes me at least 1.5 hr to get to the shop, but it's definitely worth it since they are not only trust worthy, but pricing is also VERY reasonable. 5 stars to them and will definitely go back to them anytime for anything!

We bought a SUV here. Jeff is one of the best dealer I have ever worked with. He cares all the detailed requirements we have and is willing to spend time to help us to prioritize multiple options based on our requirements and limitations. In general, we have a every good experience here, before and after we got the car. This is the place where we will recommend to friends and family members.

There was one time when one of the icon on my dashboard start flashing, and I called Jeff directly. He patiently explained what happened- dead battery and offered to replace it when he has time. It turned out that he showed up the same day in the afternoon and got my car fixed in less than 20mins!! What kind of shop could provide this superb service? I really appreciate the fact that he cares about his customer in any aspects and he is really passionate at his work!

My car had a lot of problems: AC was not working, front bumper was damaged, and the engine had some issues as well, and etc. I don't know car much, so I went to many auto shop to ask for consultations plus the price, and most of them are around $2400-3000, not until I found this auto shop, a guy named Jeff, was very friendly, and helped me tremendously with an amazing price! Highly recommended, and please look for a guy named Jeff, he is very trust worthy!

We were in a rush to go back home to Flushing on a Friday night when my car broke down on the highway. I directly referred the tow truck to take our Levante SUV to this body shop because of their superior reputation and prompt response. Jeff and the rest of the crew were superb as always. I got my very fair price and my vehicle got checked thoroughly right away. They told me that the belt tensioner needed to be replaced and put me back on the road within just a few hours. Thank you guys!

If you guys do not know, NY SR Auto Group is one of very few auto shops with three licenses - repair, retail, and state inspection licenses. Other body shop does not actually have the luxury of this shop. Thank you for taking the efficient time to deep clean my Audi Q5 in such short notice. Such a stellar service experience, thank you!

They fixed my Parking sensor with only tips! I cannot imagine how they gonna charge me if I bring my Q5 to Audi dealership. In addition, they do a free hand car wash for me! Highly recommend!!!
