The staff is always so friendly, and so HELPFUL! They go above and beyond to help you and your family get the medications or treatments you need, with suggestions of alternative products if what you are looking for is not in stock, or how to save a few $$ if a product goes on sale. A true Family, Neighborhood pharmacy, and a wonderful part of our Saint James community. We will be sticking with them for years to come!

Hi! AKA Kar H SmithtownI cannot believe that I've lived in a town for over 18 years and over 10 of those years I had my family's scripts sent to CVS for medications. There's at least, over 15th scenarios where they didn't have the medicine ready or they didn't have stock and I'm talking about something you have to take every day.About 6 years ago I went to Spage's.. To This Day, I'm Always mesmerized by the cute things that they sell. (Prices are very fair, too!) If you were to pick up one of the items they have on display, there's no doubt it will make you think of someone you know or knew or even something special for yourself. Ron, the Pharmacist, and all the other folks at Spages. They are my very best kept secret. Although, I've commented/reviewed Spage's before as Kar H Smithtown. I have to share my secret again....They are the BEST people I've ever dealt with, They have seriously helped me for the last several years. I have never had an unpleasant visit. This is the definition of what a real "pharmacy" is supposed to be like. Forget the big retail chains! Walgreens, CVS, I'm pretty confident that Spage's would match the price. And you'll have a much Better Experience, guaranteed!.. and Had I known that there was even a place that was so professional yet personal, my family and I would have been going there for the past 18+ yearsThank you, Ron, Anna, and Everyone at Spage's!!!

Was in desperate need to print something. I asked an employee if it was possible and she was more than willing to help. Very friendly and top notch customer service. Hard to find these days. Thank you! would highly recommend!

I have had only positive experiences at Spages. I only began to go to this pharmacy a couple of years ago and That is The Saddest part for Me!20+ years of going to CVS and countless times they were out of my medication, very Important medication and I was not advised in advance.***** 5 STARS for All the Kind and Truly Sincere folks that work at Spages. They may not have an electronic portal like CVS. But they Always answer the phone and they are Always there. I have always been a very good customer wherever I go, but I'm also a little bit of a pain in the butt with questions!The Pharmacists stop what they're doing if I have a concern about the medication,question or cost. They are so on top of it that they are already offering the best price available in the case of not having insurance coverage etc. They do the legwork.They always assist me with excellent customer service and I always walk out Smiling ?

Wow so disappointed! Long time customer 33 years in StJames. My Mom purchased an electric razor, box was scotch taped and blade cartridge was missing. When we tried to return we were greeted with a “sarcastic friendly have a nice day” after “sorry box was open you can send it to manufacturer” Spages will no longer be my go to. I’ve always patronized them because I believe in supporting community business. Antibiotics will be the only purchase I make there going forward. Not a smart move for Spages, everyone I know in St. James will know about this poor customer service.

I am beside myself I'm a 49 year old mother of 3 children my 10 year old is multiply disabled so she takes medications for her adhd, being I am a home care nurse who resides in st James but my daughters address is with her father in lake grove Spages left me a nasty message for my 10 year old saying to call her dr to find a new pharmacy. They have not had her medication in for quite sometime (not true) I fill it each month there for over 7 months .......than the pharmacist said there in house policy is not to fill for people that do not reside in st. james, I called to ask if I can have it filled being I live there she said no unfortunately no. I spoke with my daughters drs office manager she herself said the nastiness was really spewing out of this pharmacist they will never send another script to Spage's no matter if it's the last pharmacy standing. This is the second issue I had with them being super nasty as well. Being I myself live there I have migraine meds I went to get them and just said my maiden name but because I didn't say my name on my insurance card they bugged out on me even called my dr. Just because people abused the pharmaceutical companies dosent give rights to pick and choose who they want coming to them. Never again will I go there.

First time visiting this place. What a great gem. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Love the old school vibe. Highly recommend this charming place.

Wonderful family owned pharmacy in St. James They carry a large variety of items for reasonable prices, and if they don't have what you need, they can order it!! The pharmacist was just so helpful in making sure I got the special order medication I needed after I received an urgent recall notice from CVS for the last batch I had my rx filled, will be sticking to speciality pharmacies from now on!! Plenty of street and lot parking!

Never been in Spages until today. In the process of moving and was recommended to go to this pharmacy by a family friend who has been coming here for years. Only 30 mins left till closing and they were able to refill my prescription with in minutes. Great experience so happy they are now my main pharmacy.
