Spage's Pharmacy is an old time, family and neighborhood pharmacy that is a wonderful part of the Saint James community. The staff is always friendly, compassionate, helpful, kind, and truly sincere, treating customers like they care and like they are part of their family. They go above and beyond to provide excellent, top notch customer service. The pharmacists stop what they are doing to address any concerns about medication, questions, or cost, offering suggestions for alternative products if something is not in stock. They are on top of finding the best price available, including matching prices of large retail chains, and do the legwork to help customers save money. They are always there and always answer the phone. Customers report only positive and pleasant experiences, walking out smiling. Many express regret for not switching from large chains like CVS or Walgreens sooner, having previously faced issues with medications not being ready or in stock. In contrast, Spage's is described as the definition of what a real pharmacy is supposed to be like—professional yet personal. They also offer a selection of cute and fair-priced retail items. This is a place where customers feel confident in a much better experience and plan to stick with for years to come.
