Was a good experience. The sales person Henry was very helpful, as was the finance person Gwen. I had unrealistic desires as far as price, but they worked with me to get as close as possible. They were not pushy at all. They even went out of the way to help me return my rental. I drove all the way over there from Brooklyn and it was worth it.

I was in 2 weeks ago, I worked with Alexis Benitez and had a great experience. He was extremely nice and professional. I also worked with Rafael in finance. He was very professional and so nice to my son and I, he went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend Smithtown Nissan. I'll be back and will request Alex and Rafael. I keep telling my friends and family that are car shopping to go to Smithtown Nissan and make sure to ask for Alex and Rafael.

Smithtown Nissan was a pleasure to deal with!! We did all the paperwork online and we were only at the dealer for maybe a half hour. Peter in Sales and Mike and Dave the managers worked with us and gave us a great deal while taking my leased car back 5 months early. They’ll take care of you at Smithtown Nissan.
