I walked in with my wife and was greeted by Hannan Sayed, he was very friendly, and knowledgable. We decided on the Grand Cherokee around 12 pm and returned to the dealership at 5:30 to pick it up. They didn’t have me wait around hours jumping through hoops, it was a quick and easy process.

I’ve always believed in supporting businesses that treat their customers with care and transparency. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company, involving my family, left me quite disappointed. They were reassured that their lease details could be handled internally without the need for digging up past paperwork. However, it turns out that there was a significant oversight, leading to unexpected additional charges for a lease they believed had been resolved.
It’s frustrating when clear communication and proper due diligence are lacking, especially when trust has already been placed in a business. I hope this serves as a learning opportunity for the team to improve their customer service and attention to detail in the future.

Our experience was exceptional! Our salesperson Alejandra was so patient and easy to work with and the sales manager Rahul made the experience great as well. This was honestly the best dealings at any dealership that we’ve ever worked with. We have a new baby and they were very, very accommodating to make the deal as smooth and stress free as possible.
