I am literally just home from getting my hair done here by Stephanie. I am sooo happy and satisfied with how my hair turned out. I described what I wanted and how my hair had been cut before, my lifestyle etc and didn't even need inspo photos for her to understand exactly what I was looking for. Stephanie is very precise and you can tell that she really cares about the experience and the way she cuts your hair, and she's very easy to talk to but I can tell I would be just as comfortable with her if I wasn't in a chatty mood. I felt so good at the end of the appointment andshe hyped me up and was so sweet!

Honestly, I am a really shy and anxious person, so going out in public is already a lot for me... This salon made it really easy, and I felt really welcome + accommodated. Amanda cut my hair, and she was an absolute delight. Altogether, this was my best salon experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice style.

i went to this salon two weeks ago for a balayage by diana and it was awful like seriously a straight yellow line around my head with awful money pieces. She was nice enough the same day when she recognized how awful it came out to fix it as best as she could. But it was still rough. I do have relatively thick hair but I rather be rejected by a salon then left with ruined hair. I came back to get the glaze redone by kate ( they demanded I pay for the blowout ??) & that fell out the next day then I came back & that glaze fell out. So reasonably I asked for a refund from the owner steven. What a jerk. I provided screenshots of our conversation so you all can see how poorly I was treated. I was so nice throughout the process because I understand mistakes happen however when that service isn't fulfilled to the expectation that was set, then I should get a complete refund. Hope you all see this & someone reaches out to me because it seems to me at this point that no one really cares over there.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Donna. Her demeanor was consistently condescending and argumentative, and it was evident that she lacked any genuine concern. I strongly advise against scheduling with her.

[Writing on my husband's account] I moved to Smithtown recently from CT and found Sivana from their great yelp reviews. This was my second trial which was unfortunately NOT good at all. I thought that perhaps the first time I went it was busy and not a good representation but this time around was just as bad. Started with the appointment running 45 minutes behind schedule which would've been understandable (for a Saturday) but my haircut was TERRIBLE!! Although the coloring was decent (not what I wanted but still looked fine), my haircut was way too short and the shaping was awful. Sadly I wasted money yet again and will have to pay someone to now undo the bad haircut. :(

Yesterday I used Stephanie to color and cut my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair cane out Amazing. I asked her to cut as little off as needed and she did just that. She was sweet and great to work with being that I was there for hours. I highly recommend Stephanie for highlights and haircut. I can’t wait to use her again.Service: Hair coloring

Since then I have been going regularly and each time the experience has been consistently good. The girls are courteous and Steven’s hair cutting skills are phenomenal. Emilie has been my colorist for almost three years now. She is unlike any other hair stylist I've used before. She can achieve anything and she has my full trust! No one compares! Her suite attached to Sivana salon is so charming and elegant. 10/10 recommend. You can even book your own appointment on her website
