Exceptional service and attention to detail. They have been are pharmacy since my mom moved into her assisted living facility over two years ago and we can not be happier with their service. 10 out of 10!

I’ve been coming to rely since it’s opened the doors. Hands down the customer service from all the employees is excellent. I support small businesses and prefer it over the big chains. Rely pharmacy will make sure that they will have the medications for all of the customers. Staff is very personable, courteous, professional and always very pleasant. They make going to the pharmacy easy and quick. I love dealing with this pharmacy and I will go no where else , as long as they are in business. I also travel from Shirley to go to rely pharmacy and I’m happy that I do.

I hate big chain stores and prefer small businesses. That being said, I would have loved to be a repeat customer here, but I get controlled substances written for me and I can feel the judgement coming from them. (plus they carry the crappy brand). They speak to each other which you can hear since its a small store, and you can hear them bashing the doctors / patients. Basically talking smack about people. I definitely know they talked about me since I am young and have controlled substances written. Smh

Rely Pharmacy is great. They are so much better than any large chain like CVS. They really care and will not give you any issues about getting your scripts like cvs would. They have everything a large pharmacy would thought like flu shots and Good Rx coupons. They're very kind, friendly and genuinely care about their patients/customers. They've even reached out to my doctor for me when I needed a refill or if there was an issue/mistake with the medication they sent over. Always help you navigate it if needed. Christina and Maddy are angels

I called for a price on a nebulizer and was told that one or more models were about 1/4 of the cost that my regular pharmacy wanted to charge me. I went to the RelyRx location and made the purchase. The young lady at the counter already had the items on the shelf Excellent service! Thank you..

Relys RX Pharmacy 97% of the employees and the owner or owner are amazing. There care and consern for your well being goes unprecedented. I recommend Rely RX to all my friends and family. I comend Chrissy for her personal touch and her genuine care for her customers. I am so fearfully I found Rely RX and don't see me going any where else. My name is Rob Lowe and through out the 19 years of going to different Pharmacys being very disappointment and Rely RX Pharmacy is my Pharmacy as long as they will have me, they really treat you like family. I appreciate everything they do for me and my family!
