Excellent communication with Tom D. And John in Finance. Very professional, honest, patient and attentive. They were wonderful to work with! I plan to continue to work with this dealership from now on because of these two.

Very bad they just keep on selling stuff that you don't need and never fix the problem that the car was there for very bad customer service I would never buy a car from them or have it fix there. My car was there for 3 weeks and they keep on telling me they need too change the oil in transmission and that will fix the problem.well it did not fix it then they tell me I need a triple flush and that will fix it for $299.00 I said no.after I took my car to a nother dealer and they said the transmission was no good they called honda and they are replacing my transmission under warranty. Now I have to get my money back from hardy honda for the service they did that was covered under warranty $200.00.like I said they just try and sell you things you don't need.honda doesn't want a triple flush they do not recommend it and it is not required in honda service!!!!

This is regarding the service dept. My first visit for service. The agent was unfriendly, too busy or didn’t want to be helpful. I stopped going there for service. I started going to Paragon Honda. Lovely experience every time. Just today I had to be in the area so I made an appt at Nardy. Luckily I didn’t get the same service agent. I went there because I was told by Nardy agent my service was included and no charge. $200 later, it was not covered and nobody gave a sh.. that I explained I was told it was included. Thanks but no thanks Nardy.

Woman is very rude at front desk. They don't give a loaners for anything. I'm just supposed to give you my car for hours and I guess walk to my destinations. Woman was also talking about another customer behind her back to one of her coworkers, very unprofessional. The actual mechanics seem good though, and are professional.

We had a fantastic car buying experience with Aldo! He was honest and extremely thorough. It was a no pressure experience and he took the time to go through all of the different options. They also gave us a very fair value for my 2015 Honda CRV trade in. John was also a great fantastic finance manager. I highly recommend Nardy Honda.

We had 100/10 experience with Dale Cha and Mr. Syed Khalid at Nardi Honda. These 2 gentlemen took such a good care of us. We have bought several cars in the past and I don't remember ever leaving a car dealership within 30 minutes. They took care of the paperwork, no pressure, no push, just education and information. They respected our decision. Dale went over each and every details of the car with such patience and cool demeanor. We'll definitely be back soon for my son's car. We love Honda (we've had (5) Honda's since 2006) but the dealerships vary with sales service and their tactics. We thought going to Nardy (where we got (3) Pilots from) would have helped us with our new purchase. This was not the case, we ended up getting a better sales experience at Atlantic Honda this time around. I really hope that this will continue with Atlantic Honda on our next Honda purchase but time will tell. Loyalty is fleeting nowadays.
