We used Mr. Frost to install our central air. The crew that was sent by Mike to install was so unprofessional. We had complaints by numerous other workers in the house how bad they were. We had issues with the central air from the beginning and have called with each issue. Our system was installed so poorly that it leaked water through out half our house and caused so much damage. We had to hire another company to come in and they couldn’t believe the install job. We have spoken to Mike and his office manager multiple times about this issue and they keep ignoring us. The best part is they sent two guys over to fix the problem and they clearly saw the leak and did nothing and said nothing. I would stay far away from this company, the owner and workers are beyond unprofessional.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Mike and his team installed central air in my cape in Stony Brook, the air conditioning works extremely well, even on super hot days our home is really cool and comfortable. Mike is professional, very reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had. He completes our yearly maintenance, and our ac is running efficiently! Air handler fan motor failed 22 days without air conditioning and $1000 later we finally have AC. The $1000 is just labor the fan motor was under warranty. The tech was here for maybe 2 hours total between the two visits.

I had Mr Frost install a ductless air conditioner unit in my home. I found Mike informative and professional. His crew did an excellent job and finished the installation in a quick and clean manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for good work at a good price.Service: Install AC

Worst and most expensive experience ever. My previous air conditioner kept the house cool until it broke down and Mr. Frost replaced the entire system. The house was never cooled, partly because only a bit more than half the vents worked. He refused to do anything about it but gave a lot of excuses. I called in another company and they said that the installation was improper and although they made it better, unless it was completely reinstalled, it could not be totally fixed. Eventually, we did get the entire system replaced and it is a pleasure now which does proof he installed it badly.

5 Star plus service. the owner himself came to my residential job. the system they designed was perfect. The duct work is artwork. The craftsmanship is top notch.

No Stars. Gave a deposit on an Central AC Unit installation. Did not hear a word. For several months. No calls. No Message. I called several times asking for an update. Finally sent a letter asking for my money to be returned. Still no call ... Money was sent back to me minus a "restocking fee' of $258 !!! Extremely unprofessional !!!
